Breast Augmentation

a. Breast augmentation “Augmentation Mammoplasty” involves “fat transfer” from other areas of the body or by using “breast implants” This procedure can restore breast volume/fullness lost after weight reduction or pregnancy. Also, Achieve rounded breast shape with improving breast asymmetry if present. This enhances the self-image & self-confidence.

b. Breast lift “Mastopexy”, raises the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour. A woman’s breasts often change over time, losing their youthful shape and firmness. These changes and loss of skin elasticity can result from pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight fluctuations, raging & gravity.

c. Breast reduction “Reduction mammaplasty”, is a procedure to remove excess breast fat, glandular tissue and skin to achieve a breast size more in proportion with the body.

Disproportionately large breasts can cause both physical and emotional distress for patients. Patients with “Macromastia” may experience physical discomfort resulting from the weight of their breasts. The resulting pain can make it challenging for some patients to perform common physical activities.

Although breast reduction is often performed to address medical issues, patients who do not have the symptoms of macromastia but are unhappy with the size of their breasts can still pursue breast reduction as an aesthetic procedure.

d. Gynecomastia is a condition of overdeveloped or enlarged breasts in men that can occur at any age. The condition can be the result of hormonal changes, heredity, obesity or the use of certain drugs. It is present unilaterally (one breast) or bilaterally (both breasts).

Gynecomastia can cause emotional discomfort and impair your self-confidence.

Gynecomastia is characterized by:

• Excess localized fat

• Excess glandular tissue development

Gynecomastia surgery, reduces breast size in men, flattening and enhancing the chest contours.
